Prices and products availabilities are subject to change without notice. Specials and promotions may be limited to stock on hand. We are not responsible for typographical errors on pricing information. Eighty Eight Beauty reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders place on incorrectly priced products. Should your credit card be charged for the item, Eighty Eight Beauty will immediately issue a credit to the same card for the amount charged.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover as well as money order, cashier check, and personal or business checks.

Your merchandise will be reserved for 10 days.  Please allow up to 5 business days for check clearance.  Your merchandise will be shipped once the check is received and cleared.

 

NOTE: Sales tax will be added for customers in New York state.  The rate is 8.625%.
 

 Shipping Information

 

Shipping charges will not show during checkout in your shopping cart for all orders and will be added in later (NOT automatically calculated online).

 

8ty8Beauty.com's standard shipping is USPS Priority mail or UPS Ground. Other shipping methods include: UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air & UPS 3 Day Select.  If your selected shipping option is not available for your location, we will ship using the least expensive method.  All PO Box, APO, and FPO addresses will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

 

Shipping charges are calculated based on your shipping address, weight, and the size of the package.

Furniture and some large equipments are too heavy for UPS and will be shipped directly from manufacturer using various freight companies.  Call or fax 1-631-666-5810 or e-mail sales@8ty8beauty.com to obtain freight charges for furniture and large equipments.

 

All in-stock items are usually shipped within the next business day ,in some cases we might be getting in too many orders it might take longer to process but if you need your order urgently please feel free to call us (tel; 1-631-666-5810) 24 hours after you place your order so we could process your order ASAP.  If a merchandise cannot be shipped, we will contact you immediately by email to inform you of the reason.  Your credit card will not be charged until the order is ready to ship.

 

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification of shipment along with a tracking number.

 

Shipping charges extra for furniture and large equipment ship directly from manufacturer.

 

UPS Address Corrections: Any extra charges by UPS due to insufficient or incorrect delivery information will be charged to your credit card upon receipt (i.e. no suite or apartment number, wrong zip code, recipient has moved or request delivery to a new address). Please check your printed invoice and email or call us with any changes. Once we ship, we can not make any changes. The UPS address correction charge for Ground service is $5.00. The correction charge for Next Day, 2nd Day or 3 Day Select is $10.00.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

The following shipping methods are available for international customers: UPS Worldwide Express, UPS Worldwide Expedited, UPS Standard to Canada, USPS Global Express Mail, USPS Airmail Parcel Post, USPS  Economy Parcel Post, and USPS Global Priority Mail.  Shipping and handling charges (NOT automatically calculated online) will be added later after your checkout.  Email us at sales@8ty8beauty.com if you prefer to know the shipping charges first before ordering online.

 

IMPORTANT: You are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes that may be applied to your package.  USPS Global Priority Mail does not provide any insurance coverage.  Should an uninsured package is lost or damaged, Eighty Eight Beauty will not grant any replacement, refund, or credit at all.

 

 Satisfaction Guaranteed

 

We value your business and satisfaction.  You may return any UNUSED, UNOPENED merchandise in its original condition within 15 days of receipt for a refund, credit or exchange (excluding shipping and handling).  Furniture and large equipment are non-refundable unless the merchandise is damaged during shipping.  You must report shipping damage within 7 days of receipt.  Damage claims are not accepted without original shipping cartons and packing material.

 

Email us at customerservice@8ty8beauty.com or call 1-631-666-5810 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  Please do NOT return any merchandise to us without a RMA number.  Merchandise returned to us without a RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned to you by your shipper.

 

Clearly write the RMA number on the mailing label or the outside of your packaging box and mail it to:

For your protection, we suggest you ship the merchandise to us prepaid, insured, and with a tracking number for proof of delivery.  You are responsible for shipping charges for all returns including defective or damaged items.

 

IMPORTANT: If you refuse your order after shipment, you will be charged shipping and a 15% restocking fee.  No credit or refund will be given for merchandise returned after 30 days or not in NEW condition with all packaging material included. 

 

All warranties, if expressed, are provided by the manufacturers.  If you have an item that requires repair or replacement, please contact the manufacturer. If there are any doubts as to where to send the product, please e-mail customerservice@8ty8beauty.com for clarification.
